Why do you need my phone number? We need your phone number so that we can contact you to discuss what your requirements are and get you booked on to the right class.
During COVID-19, we are only offering online classes, using Zoom. When we are able to open our doors again, we will have face-to-face classes at our lovely studio in the Chew Valley, and we will continue to livestream our classes.
Starting in the Winford and Chew Stoke village halls with founder, Ann-See Yeoh, we are now the only dedicated mindbody studio in the Chew Valley, with a variety of teachers and classes.

Here at Yoga Chew Valley, we meet you exactly where you are on your journey. We understand and appreciate that each and everyone who comes to us is looking for something different. That is why we have a variety of classes and teachers across the week. What links us all together is our desire to help you on your path to wellness.
To do that, we offer three different paths, depending on where you are in your journey and what you are looking for.
Which profile best describes you right now?
You are getting started, you have a very full life with family, work and keeping fit, but you are not where you want to be physically and you are feeling the tension in your body. You would like to stretch your body and do something calmer to counter the exercise you are doing.
You know that in order to gain results and feel the benefits of the classes, you need to be doing more. Once a week just is not enough. You appreciate some “me” time. You want to not only feel more supple, you want to feel better, sleep better and to just be a nicer person to be around.
You are all in! You totally get what it is all about and you value what regular and consistent practice adds to your wellbeing and your life. You understand that in order to give to others, you must first give to yourself. Self-care is not being selfish, but an essential part of your day to day living.
