Looking for a yoga-inspired functional strength workout? KettleflowYOGA™ is a fusion of mindful movement, mobility, and functional strength training using a kettlebell. Designed for all levels, this class builds functional fitness, stability, and core strength—all while keeping the breath and body in flow.

Les Mills BODYBALANCE® – New Generation Yoga

This is a new-generation yoga class that will improve your mind, body, and life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background.
