If you are brand new, please go to our page, Getting Started page and download the free information that will build your confidence and set you up.
Our members are mainly women, with a select group of men, aged between 35-60, who tend to lead fairly active lives. We have lots of recreational runners and cyclists, as well as clients who have mobility issues and health challenges, such as low back pain, frozen shoulder and arthritis.

No, we don’t. If you are used to exercising and have done yoga or pilates before, you are most likely OK to join in our classes. We will put you in contact with the relevant teacher and you can chat through what to expect, and any modifications and precautions. If you are new to exercise or any of the classes we offer, we would suggest starting with MYcalm.
You can cancel at any time by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org, and you will forfeit any remaining class credit balance. We require 1 month’s notice of cancellation.
